Sit in a muddy puddle, place feet in a cold icy basin, hit yourself with assorted tundra and prepare for the next cyclo-cross to come. Or sit down on a comfy sofa, relax with a cup of tea, a cake and a copy of CycloCross 2014/15 – a look back on the International racing scene and then dream big things about your season to come.
A simple choice and as a person who is happy to get my kicks out on the bike and my relaxation on a sofa it’s Balint Hamvas’ latest Annual that wins.
Balint has now been following the international scene for a number of seasons and all previous books/annual have now sold out. Not wishing to rest on his laurels the latest edition has dedicated chapters on the holy grail of cross tyres – Dugast and course design. Full of pictures and comment from all the top races this is something that any cross fan should have. It’s a great gift idea.
